Office Manager – Sunnyvale, CA
HQ Aero is currently recruiting for experienced Office Manager for openings in Sunnyvale, CA.
- Combination of budget management, expense processing, operational processes and support for Community Relations discipline.
- Budget management and progress tracking.
- Expense and invoice processing. Meeting arrangements and logistics.
- Preparation of monthly reports, budget and expense monitoring.
- Strong communication skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Associates or Bachelor’s degree is required.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Criminal Background Check required.
