COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
On Sunday, May 4th, Lisa Blaser, Recruiter in the Florida Office ran in the Disney Minnie Marathon Women Run the World 15K at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The event, sponsored by Lady Foot Locker, is part of the American Heart Association's GO RED FOR WOMEN campaign. GO RED FOR WOMEN is dedicated to raising awareness of heart disease in women as well as promoting the benefits of healthy diet and exercise to prevent heart disease. Over 3,000 runners and walkers participated in this event.
On January 13, 2008 Lisa Blaser ran and completed the Disney Marathon as a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team-In-Training Program. Not only did she accomplish a lifelong dream she and the other 1,850 members of the Team raised over $6.5 million dollars for the Society with over $575,000 raised by the Central Florida Team. HQ Aero congratulates Lisa on her accomplishments and dedication to these great causes.

VICE PRESIDENT OF HQ AERO SUPPORTS LOCAL CHARITIES:
On September 15th, Ron Eagle, Vice President of HQ Aero rode his Yamaha Vstar in "Ride for A Cure", a charity for cancer. This charity has helped many children with expenses in their fight against cancer. On October 12th, HQ Aero sponsored a charity golf event for the West Virgnia Area Catalytic Campus Ministry. Ron, along with the other three team members, placed second in the event.
TEAMING UP WITH LOCAL COLLEGE: HQ Aero is proud to announce it has teamed with Fairmont State College in a combined effort to give new aviation graduates "on the job" experience. Graduates will intern at the HQ Aero head office where they will gain valuable insight into the daily workings of the aviation industry. We are enthusiastic to work with the local community and proud to have been chosen by Fairmont State College for this opportunity.
