Ron has been with HQ Aero since the company was founded. Ron began his aviation career as an avionics systems specialist. His aviation background includes over 30 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, operations, program management, marketing, and government contract administration. Under Ron’s leadership HQ Aero has established itself as a premier supplier of technician support to the aviation industry. Ron was instrumental in the development of the Aircraft Structures Training Program at Pierpont Community and Technical College in West Virginia. Ron currently serves on the Regional Airlines Association (RAA) Board of Directors Maintenance Council collaborating on the development of industry positions and strategies. He works as an advocate on behalf of the regional airline industry in Washington DC. Ron is also a proud veteran of the US Military.
Dana has been with HQ Aero since 2002. Dana’s extensive background in Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, Accounting and Management has been instrumental in the successful growth of the company. Technicians and Customers alike can be assured that all administrative functions will be carried out with a high-level of quality, and compliant with all state and federal requirements.
Kathy has been our Account Manager based out of Tucson Arizona since 2017. She currently holds an Associate’s Degree in Office Administration. She brings years of experience in Office Administration, Human Resources and Recruiting. Her goal is to provide employees with the knowledge, tools and resources to ensure that they succeed in their career path.
Nicolette joined the HQ Aero team in 2019. Her background is in Human Resources and Recruiting. She enjoys using her skills to contribute to the exciting growth of the company and prides herself on excellent customer service.
Austin joined HQ Aero in 2020. He enjoys and takes pride in helping others find the job that fits them best. Austin is always eager to speak to anyone who is pursuing a future in the Aviation Industry whether its entry level or advanced work.
Haven joined our recruiters in 2022. She strives in helping everyone who is currently in the Aviation world to find the right position for them as well as those who want to begin their journey in Aviation. Haven has good customer service skills and prides herself in having patience in finding that right fit for you.
Cory has been with HQ Aero since 2016. Cory has worked in our West Virginia and Florida offices as well as working remotely. This unique experience has shaped her into an extremely well-rounded Recruiter with an eye for detail, who loves to help people get to work.
