What happens if the selected candidate does not perform or meet our requirements after being hired?

Our personnel are screened and selected for their commitment to providing first-class, quality service. We are so convinced of our ability to provide top-quality technicians that we offer a three-day guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of work you are receiving from one of our technicians and decide to release that technician within the first three days, there is no charge for services received.

Additionally, HQ Aero offers a thirty-day guarantee on all our direct hire placements. If a direct-hire placement is released due to a lack of technical ability or resigns within a thirty-calendar day period, HQ Aero will provide a replacement with no additional recruitment fee.

Who administers the payroll deductions for temporary employees?

HQ Aero administers all payroll deductions and employer responsibilities.
